Standard event accessibility packages start from $750 + GST for half‑day support and $1,200 + GST for full‑day coverage, including on‑site coordination, basic assistive equipment, and pre‑event accessibility consultation. Travel within Hamilton, Tauranga, and Auckland is included; events outside these cities are not currently serviced. Custom quotes are available for multi‑day festivals, large venues, or specialised access needs.

Complete Event

Our premium accessibility support for complex or high‑capacity events begins at $1,950 + GST per day and can include NZSL interpreters, audio description, tactile tours, quiet spaces, accessible signage planning, and staff training. Pricing is tailored to your run‑sheet, venue layout, and audience needs, and is only available for events held in Hamilton, Tauranga, or Auckland. All proposals include a clear breakdown of services, staffing hours, and any additional equipment costs before you confirm your booking.
